which one is best for your purposes.
Private Limited Company
Private Limited, is best if you have more than 20 shareholders but less than 50.
Exempt Private Companies
If you have less than 20 shareholders and do not have any corporate shareholder, this type of
company is best suited for you.
Sole Proprietorship
This type is the simplest and most flexible business structure. It is a business firm with only one owner. Before a business can be registered, the applicant proprietor/partner must apply to the Registry to ensure that the proposed name is available.

Partnership
Owners can be individuals or companies. There must a minimum of 2 owners and a maximum of 20.

Limited Liability Partnership ( LLP )
The partners can be individuals or companies. There must be a minimum of 2 partners. There is no maximum number of partners in a LLP.
